All appointments are an hour. An extra 15 minutes is booked for the first session for which there is no charge.
Appointments are available:
Clinic appointments: Wednesday and Thursday
Distance/Online: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
Hands-Free distance sessions can be booked at times to suit you and your time zone.
Cancellation Policy
The full fee will be charged for missed appointments and those cancelled or changed with less than 24hours notice.
FAQ
How many sessions will I need?
Everyone is different and healing happens at different rates. Some clients find that 4 to 6 sessions are enough to resolve their immediate problem. Longer standing health problems may take longer. After the first session, I will recommend a number of sessions and we will review this as we go along.
Do I need to come every week?
Initially, weekly or two weekly sessions are recommended to help the body move forward and maintain the changes that are occurring. Once healing is underway, sessions can usually be spaced out.
Is it a head massage?
CST is not massage and doesn't use any oils.
Do you only work on the head?
During treatment I will move to different parts of your body to work with the source of the problem.
